The offer in context
A PDF library to compare with your travel routine
The supplier lists Nutrition On The Go, Nutrition At Home, Gym In A Bag and a meal planner among its materials. Compare the topics with one practical question about your routine. Confirm equipment requirements and download conditions; the package is reading material rather than individual coaching or a physical product.
Nutrition reading for different settings
The bundle lists Nutrition On The Go and Nutrition At Home, plus the No Bull Meal Planner. The public description includes meal planning and a food-choice framework. These are supplier-described educational materials; we have not reviewed the complete PDFs or assessed their dietary recommendations.
Exercise with limited equipment
Gym In A Bag is described as a guide to exercise with little equipment. Confirm the required equipment, starting level and adaptations with the provider. A PDF does not assess your fitness, injuries or exercise technique.
Travel and shift-work topics
The advertised DFAC to Jet Lag Field Decoder and Executive Travel Playbook address travel settings and changing routines. Recovery and jet-lag outcomes have not been independently established. Ongoing updates require an optional email opt-in; confirm how future files will be delivered.

Who should compare this offer?
Does SUPP UP. fit the work you need to do?
Consider this bundle if you are an adult looking for reading about meal planning and exercise while travelling or working irregular hours. Start with the topics you want to understand and compare the free supplier article with the bundle description. This is a digital reading package; it does not include physical books, supplements, equipment or individual coaching.
Compare the time, support and access you need with the written offer. Keep a list of questions to clarify with the provider before payment.
What we have checked
What remains untested or unconfirmed
We inspected the English public description, policies and order form, but did not purchase, read every paid page or test the routines. We do not verify claims of rapid jet-lag recovery, changes in physique, performance or equivalence to personal training. The supplier identifies the content as educational and advises consulting a doctor before starting a nutrition or exercise programme, particularly with health conditions, injuries or pregnancy. Individual suitability and adaptations need qualified advice.
This guide is based on supplier information and an inspected purchase path. It does not report first-hand testing or measured outcomes.

$247 · one paymentObserved price · confirm final tax-inclusive total
Digistore24 product 338690 showed a $247 single payment, PDF delivery and no physical shipment. The details step displayed Germany as the country; no order or personal details were submitted. Confirm the final billing-country total. The checkout limits downloads to three within seven days of payment. Save the delivered files and clarify replacement access. Our affiliate button opens the supplier offer, whose current bundle button leads to an email-details page; submitting that form is a separate choice.
The sales page advertises a 60-day conditional confidence guarantee requiring a documented activity log. Its linked legal page instead says downloaded digital products are non-refundable and affiliate-channel requests must be submitted within seven days for case-by-case review. These statements conflict: ask the supplier and Digistore24 which written conditions apply before paying. No unconditional refund is promised or tested. Supplier terms name SUPP UP. Ltd, company number 15100900, England and Wales; the inspected reseller is Digistore24 Inc. The optional update/newsletter box was left unticked.
Save the order description, applicable terms and support details. Check the selected plan and any optional extras before submitting payment.
